Group counseling and groups in general are a great way to know that you are not alone.

I offer a variety of groups to help face life’s challenges and get you to where you need to be. These can look different from group to group. But being able to work through challenges together, share resources with one another along with our experiences, the positive outcomes are ENDLESS!

Groups bring a sense of belonging, a sense of being a part of a community.

It is an intimate setting where what is mentioned in the group stays in the group.

Think of group counseling as a team approach.

The goals are to improve, to get better, and to make progress.

As others share their experiences, their failures and successes, we learn the patterns and learn what to do while also seeing what not to do.

It’s a place of encouragement.

It’s a place where you’ll feel connected and understood.

It’s a place to feel heard.
